Spicy Roast Chicken with Yoghurt Recipe

We are celebrating in commemoration of VE day! Remembering those who fought and are here today, and those who couldn't come back. Here's a quick recipe to help you mark the occasion. Enjoy, and happy Friyay!! How are you celebrating today?


Ingredients:

1.2- 1.5kg whole chicken

2 tbsp My Sechuan Chilli Oil

5 tbsp greek yoghurt

Salt & Pepper


Spice Mix:

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp smoked paprika

1 tsp cumin powder

1 tsp fresh / dried oregano

1 tsp fresh / dried Thyme



Method:

Rub ingredients all over chicken, cover in foil and roast at 170°C fan/ 190°C/ 375° F/ gas 5, for 1hr. Remove foil and let skin brown (1/2 hr). It's ready when the thickest part of the thigh runs clear.
